1. MEETING
At our 1st meeting we will do a full on presentation of how we will revolutionise the school’s way of operating. Together with this presentation we fully explain how our business eco-system works.
2. PLANNING
When we have all the inputs from the school then we will start how we will roll-out our program at the school. This will include finances, amount of Tablets, amount of Smartboards etc etc.
3. CROWDFUNDING
Now that we know how much we need to implement our program can we start with the Crowdfunding campaign and also Sponsorship programme. This process will be driven very aggresively.
4. EXECUTE
During this phase we will order and setup at the school all technologies. Training will also be done during this phase to teachers as well as learners.
5. FEEDBACK
This is the phase where we get feedback from the school and do improvements and changes where it is necessary.
